The mission netcdf files that were here are now in a different place. They are now at these automount locations: Unix/Linux: /mbari/ssdsdata/ssds/generated/netcdf/files/ssds.shore.mbari.org/auvctd/missionlogs Windows: \\atlas\ssdsdata\ssds\generated\netcdf\files\ssds.shore.mbari.org\auvctd\missionlogs OSX: cifs://atlas.shore.mbari.org/ssdsdata/ssds/generated/netcdf/files/ssds.shore.mbari.org/auvctd/missionlogs The last subdirectory name may be confusing. The contents of the directory are actually the missionnetcdf files, not the missionlog files. The SSDS system names the "generated/netcdf" folder based on the location of the input data files. In this case they originated from the /auvctd/missionlogs directory on server ssds.shore.mbari.org. -- Mike McCann 18 January 2013
