Ran BOG timeseries line 9/9/19-9/17/19. 

New GPCTD + DO in deployment, salinity and conductivity measurements were low and pH had some issues. 
QCing nan'ed out most pH and salinity data, unclear whether remaining data should be trusted. 
CO2 standard gas most likely exhausted before this deployment as all pCO2air measurements are ~65ppm higher than they should be. 
More accurate, non calibrated data can be found in RealTime folder under CO2air xCO2=off column (pre-CO2 calculations).
