Several BOG lines, BIN, etc. Science payloads intermittently turned off to conserve power. Air T and atm p data were wonky last depl, using replacement Airmar 200-WX 3589214 this depl. O2 data are ~40 umol/kg low (~20% of signal) compared to nearby M1, and are much more variable than M1. T-vs-O2 plot is much of a shotgun blast, questionable. Could not get wgTiny in tank with an Aanderaa O2 (and bottle sample) in time for next depl. Salinity is within 0.02 of M1, great! Had some very low S (30-32) near the harbor due to rains. pCO2w and pCO2a are within 5 ppm of M1, great!! pH data from M1 not available at time of QC. First 1-2 pH data points after CO2 payload turned on are >0.2 units low and have been removed. pH data are ~0.05 units low compared to that estimated from pCO2w. pCO2a is pretty high, 420-440 ppm, but not unreasonable for winter (and, again, agrees with M1). BB data spike upward during a brief jaunt north of the BOG Line ~mid-deployment, but seem to correspond with changes in pH and pCO2w; use with caution. First 1-2 atm press and air T data after MET payload powered on are low and have been removed. Beginning this deployment, all metadata in the .nc files are taken directly off the master cal/config spreadsheet in python scripts.
