SV3 20140918 CANON Fall 2014 deployment. A different processed data set (mat files) are in ODSS, perhaps Fred already processed this mission? But this data set stops ~1/2 way through the deployment. There also is less QC'ing done for example for some of the CTD variables. pCO2 data do not line up exactly, perhaps the calibrations were not correct for this particular data set. Long story short, we need to overwrite what's in ODSS with the final, processed data set (SV3_20140918QC.mat). Vehicle started out drifting/following; then ran the BOG Line (C1 to M2) a few times. About 6 weeks total. Lots of M1 data to compare. O2 has a ton of negative spikes (<100 umol/kg), but otherwise overall signal is consistent with M1. Manually removing all negative spikes. pCO2 equil pressure had a couple instances <80 kPa, I manually removed problematic data. pCO2air compares well with M1. pH agreed with nearby M1 pH. All Wx data including air T and air P look good. BB data for last 1/3 of deployment often pegged at/near some max value, I removed all bb470>0.2, bb650>0.1 (+ same indices for beta). Also seems to be a gradual fouling trend last 1/3 of depl, I removed these too. Some spikes remain but they could be 'real.'
