Ran the BOG Line (C1 to M2) several times (a few of the 'lines' are a bit messy).

From quick look:
pH data seems reasonable
pCO2 data seems reasonable
O2 data seems reasonable except for a ~4 d period of low vales (<50 umol/kg) near the end of the deployment.
