README for directory _example/logs

This directory contains log files from the processing of 
this instrument's data.  The log files describe the execution (status, 
activities, errors) of the software which performed the data processing.

Log files are typically stored with the name processName_diary.log, for easy
identification.  They should be overwritten if the data file is overwritten.
If the data file is appended to, the log file should likewise be appended to.
If a new data file is created, a new process log should be created.
