combineAll.pl(): Processing begun for 10-minute data set creation: Wed Sep 29 18:26:42 2010

combineAll.pl finds recently modified instrument netCDF files produced by DStoNetCDF.pl and
pulls out selected variables for gridding onto a common hourly time axis.
It constructs a Ferret journal file (the 'jnl' link), executes it to produce the
ten minute data set.  Time series plots are created.
All processing is submitted to SSDS for provenance tracking.
