HRNetcdfCoards

public HRNetcdfCoards(java.lang.String mooring,
                      java.io.File calDirectory,
                      java.lang.String outfile,
                      java.io.File[] infile)

Parameters:

infile - Name of one of the hr binary files to process. This program will attempt to find all other fiels form the same instrument in the same directoyr and combine them together

outfile - The name fohte netcdf file to construct
