tstime - Convert OASIS data timestamp to day of year and time

Synopsis

tstime [-l] [-e] timestamp [timestamp] ...

Description

The tstime utility calculates and returns the day of year (0-366) and time, given a timestamp in either decimal day of year (LOCAL, default) or decimal year (EQPAC) format. The following options are valid:
