This mission runs yoyos counterclockwise around a box. Two sides of the
box pass through the planned locations for both Environmental Sample
Processor (ESP) buoys during the Spring 2014 EcoHAB deployment.
High-level NeedComms directive intended to assist debugging in the
field. Elapsed time after previous surface fix when vehicle will begin
to ascend for additional surface fix, if the vehicle has a positive
pitch. If the vehicle has a negative pitch, it will wait up to 10
minutes more to begin ascent. The timing operates based on
Universal:time_fix to avoid repeated attempts after the Iridium timeout.
