GenericQSPI2 - This is another CF2 example which demonstrates the use of the 
QSPI in the Persistor Instruments CF2. It can be used to interface to two SPI 
devices at the same time. It looks similar to an example for the CF1 but there 
are some differences.  For example, it gets around a PicoDOS 2.27 issue AND it 
also eliminates the obsolete practice of locking QSPI slots.  On a CF2, you DO 
NOT lock the slot before using it or the BIOS will not be able to talk to the 
MSP430.
