It looks to me like the raw downloads that should be in
in the m1.tar.gz  never made it there.  
(ls -la and see length of m1.tar.gz is 27 and m1.dir is 
just an error message).
I did find a bunch (but not all) hourly dounload files for
this deploment in the directory: /oasis/raw/erase/erase.m1lost.

these are files from m1.2003280 to m1.2004134

For safekeeping, I have tar'd them up and plced them here in
the file m1lost.tar.gz
